PR removes the defunct travis.yml configuration and sets up a similar GitHub actions CI workflow instead. See https://github.com/MasterOdin/webpack-merge/actions/runs/5594137500 for what it looks like in action (except I disabled the codecov step for that action).
The GH workflow is set to run on any pushes to
develop
as well as for any PRs that are made.
